Terms and Conditions — PK3 Game

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the pk3 game platform, accessible at pk3game.win, including all games, services, features and content available through the website and the pk3 game mobile application (collectively, "the Platform").

Deposit Rules

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance. Real money funds in your main balance are used first when placing wagers.

Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure (excluding bonus funds not yet eligible for withdrawal) will be returned to your registered payment method following standard verification.

pk3 game reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or prohibited conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a required timeframe.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, any balance may be forfeited in full. pk3 game will communicate the reason for closure wherever we are permitted to do so.
